 I’m pleased to inform you that preparations are currently underway for Brid’s Closet’s 12th Annual Beltane Spring Festival, at the lovely Palaia Vineyards in Highland Mills, NY. This is a momentous occasion for us as it’s the event’s twelfth anniversary and we’re putting together a celebration that should never be missed!   
  The festivities take place Saturday, May 4th, 2019 (no rain date) from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Last year’s festival was attended by over 800 guests and we anticipate even more at this family-friendly, fun celebration!     
  We are currently accepting applications for general/retail vendors, food vendors and speakers who would like to host classes or workshops. Space is limited, so we suggest that you turn in your applications as soon as possible! Once we have received and approved your application, you’ll receive an acceptance packet, providing you with further details about set-up, parking, etc. The costs are as follows (please see respective applications for details):   


  • General Vendor (retail, divination, etc.) - $55 • Food Vendor - $100  • Presenter - $0 - 


There is no cost to host an approved class/workshop   
  I would also like to note that we have a number of advertising and sponsorship opportunities available. We are offering a limited number of full-color advertisements in our event booklet. If you wish to sponsor a musical act, your name or business will be featured on a banner along the stage. And those that would like to sponsor a port-a-potty will see their business logo and information displayed on signs attached to the inside and/or outside of the doors. Following are the costs for each:   
  • Musical Acts (6 available) - $250 • Port-A-Potty (20 available) - $50    • Full-Color Booklet Advertisements - 2” W x 1.75” H (16 available) - $50

 Spaces are limited. Applications will be reviewed before accepting/rejecting application. Applying does not automatically guarantee a spot and Brid’s Closet reserves the right to reject an application for any lawful reason. Event specifics (set-up time, parking, etc.) will be further explained in an acceptance packet. The event runs from 9 a.m. -6 p.m., vendors are scheduled from 9 a.m. -6 p.m. With breakdown from 6 to 7. The venue, Palaia Vineyards, does not provide electricity to vendors
